Usually, people are unable to understand what is going wrong with them and reluctant to seek medical help.\nIn our experience, 89% of people find it difficult to visit a psychiatrist and psychologist although they need it. The main reasons are stigma, availability of mental health professionals. The people are afraid "what others will say?"

Our goal is to provide quality mental health services through qualified and trained professionals. To provide awareness and to address the myths about mental health is one of our priorities. And we are doing it through various awareness campaigns
