VERY dishonest business. I've been a Realtor for 15 years and have used various cleaning services in the past. All of them have been able to quote me over the phone for a move-out clean when I tell them the square footage of the unit, number of bedrooms, and bathrooms. This company uses a bait and switch method to reel you in by quoting a low amount at the onset and then, without your consent ahead of time, they will spend double the amount of time cleaning your place and then charge the credit card you have on file for the initial deposit. Shame on me for falling for the bait but shame on this company for acting in such an unprofessional manner. To be precise, I was quoted $260 and they charged my card $639.50. When I called about this, the owner was rude, disrespectful of the apartment, calling it gross and filthy, and claimed that the place needed an extra 3 hours of cleaning. To top things off, the quality of the cleaning is subpar and I will never ever use this company again - n
